Evaluasi Pelayanan Puskesmas Terhadap Jangkauan Aksesibilitas Penduduk di Kecamatan Kuranji

Abstract

Mengingat Puskesmas berperan dalam meningkatkan mutu masyarakat di bidang kesehatan, maka kemudahan untuk menjangkau lokasi Puskesmas merupakan salah satu hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan tersebut. Puskesmas yang memadai tidak hanya memperhatikan jumlah atau kapasitas pelayanannya tetapi juga meperhatikan tingkat aksesibilitasnya.

Terkait dengan pentingnya keterjangkauan Puskesmas dan melihat kondisi Puskesmas yang ada di Kecamatan Kuranji maka perlu dilakukan studi evaluasi pelayanan puskesmas terhadap jangkauan aksesibilitas penduduk di Kecamatan Kuranji. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pelayanan puskesmas terhadap jangkauan aksesibilitas penduduk. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada studi ini yaitu metode analisis deskriptif. Tiga analisis utama yang dilakukan yaitu identifikasi wilayah pelayanan Puskesmas, analisis kesesuaian daerah pelayanan ,analisis kesesuaian lokasi terhadap jangkauan pelayanan di Puskesmas. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi perjalanan masyarakat menuju puskesmas di Kecamatan Kuranji.

Analisis yang dilakukan menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi perjalanan masyarakat menuju puskesmas di Kecamatan Kuranji yaitu faktor waktu tempuh, faktor angkutan umum dan faktor waktu menunggu angkutan umum,

Abstract

                    Considering public healty clinic role in improving the quality of public health, that means easy to reach location of health centers is one of the important things that need to be considered to improve the health service. public healty clinic adequate attention not only to the number or capacity of the service but also due attention to the level of accessibility.

Related to the importance of the affordability of the health center and see the condition of health centers in the district Kuranji it is necessary to study to evaluate the health center services to reach the accessibility of the population in Sub Kuranji. This study aimed to evaluate the health center services to the range of accessibility. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive analysis method. Three major analysis done of identification of the areas of health center services, service area suitability analysis, site suitability analysis of the range of services at the health center. This analysis aims to determine the factors that affect people traveling to the health centers in the district Kuranji.

The analysis carried out lead to the conclusion that the factors affecting travel to the community health centers in the district Kuranji ie travel time factor, the factor of public transport and the factors of time waiting for public transport,
