IDENTIFIKASI KEBUTUHAN RUANG PARKIR DI KAWASAN WISATA PANTAI MUARO LASAK KOTA PADANG

Abstract

Dalam kajian P2KH berupa DED Taman Muaro Lasak belum menyediakan fasilitas parkir hanya menjelaskan Ruang Terbuka Hijau pada Taman Muaro Lasak sedangkan pada eksisting sudah terdapat tempat parkir. Ruang parkir yang belum mencukupi untuk menampung kendaraan yang masuk sehingga perlu ditentukan berapa besar kebutuhan ruang parkir di Kawasan Pantai Muaro Lasak serta perlu adanya penataan parkir off street dan on street karena pada jam tertentu perparkiran di Kawasan Wisata Pantai Muaro Lasak sangat padat. Tujuan dari Kajian Kebutuhan Ruang Parkir di Kawasan Pantai Muaro Lasak  untuk mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan satuan ruang parkir  yang layak di sertai dengan penataan perparkiran yang baik sehingga mampu menampung kebutuhan parkir yang aman dan nyaman bagi para wisatawan di kawasan wisata ini. Salah - satu yang mempengaruhi kurangnya lahan parkir di sebabkan oleh penambahan fasilitas yang ada pada tempat wisata tidak hanya wisata pantai tetapi juga terdapat Taman Muaro Lasak, Tugu Merpati Perdamaian, dan arena bermain lainnya. Metode analisis digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis kebutuhan ruang parkir berdasarkan karakteristik parkir, standar kebutuhan ruang parkir berdasarkan Dirjen Perhubungan Darat Tahun 1998, berdasarkan perhitungan kebutuhan ruang parkir didapatkan hasil kebutuhan ruang parkir yang tersedia masih belum memenuhi standar kebutuhan ruang parkir pada tempat rekreasi. Dari uraian diatas disimpulkan bahwa ketersediaan pada saat ini masih belum memenuhi kebutuhan satuan ruang parkir maka alternatif yang di sarankan untuk penambahan parkir sebanyak 580 m² dan untuk tempat parkir yang sudah tersedia pada lokasi studi akan dilakukan kembali penataan parkir untuk mobil sudut 60⁰  untuk motor dan bus memakai sudut 90⁰.

One of that affects the lack of parking spaces caused by the addition of existing facilities at tourist spots not only beaches but also travel there Taman Muaro Lasak, Tugu Merpati Perdamaian, and other playground. The method of analysis used in the study was the analysis of the needs of parking spaces based on the characteristics of the park, the standards need parking space by the Director General of Land Transportation of 1998, based on the calculation of required parking spaces then get the result that the requirements of available parking spaces is still not meet the requirements of parking spaces in recreation areas , From the description above concluded that availability at this point still does not meet the needs of parking space, the alternatives are suggested for additional parking to 580 m2 and for a parking spot are already available in the study area will be re-arrangement of parking for cars angle of 60⁰ for motorcycle and bus 90⁰ corner wear. Key Words : Parking Travel, Characteristics Parking, Needs Parking
