Pengaruh Kegiatan Pendidikan Perguruan Tinggi Terhadap Ekonomi Masyarakat Dan Alih Fungsi Lahan Di Kelurahan Air Pacah Kota Padang

Abstract

With the development of Higher Education, will contribute greatly to the economy of the community such as the type of business merchants daily needs, cafes restaurants, boarding houses - boarding, business photo copy and effort loundry (washing clothes) and land conversion, especially dikelurahan Air Pacah. This study aims to determine the effect of the economic community colleges in the Village Air Pacah especially in the study area. Since the development of the university led to rising incomes and a growing number of business - the business community in the area of Air Pacah with increasing community effort occurs over land occurred in the study area.

At this stage of the data collection method used is a secondary form of survey data collection techniques to government agencies as well as the primary survey. The variables used in this research is the study sites, economic activities, facilities and supporting infrastructure, and land conversion. With the analysis used the analysis of time value of money, a qualitative descriptive analysis and overley (of land not awakened into smaller plots).

From the analysis of the obtained change in an average increase of people's income in 1998 amounted to Rp. 320 811 per month and in 2015 amounted to Rp. 5.0137 million per month, the changes increase the amount of business from 1998 with the number of 20 units up to 2015 with the number of 513 units with a growth rate of 1.21% and the increase in employment also increased by 77.97%. With an increasing number of business types, the land area of the study transformed to enable land increased by 39.76 Ha dengann percentage of 14.81% and a reduction of 39.76 hectares with a percentage of 14.82%.

Abstrak

Dengan perkembangan Perguruan Tinggi, akan sangat mendukung perekonomian masyarakat seperti jenis usaha pedagang kebutuhan harian, warung rumah makan, rumah kos – kosan, usaha foto copy dan usaha loundry (cuci pakaian) dan alih fungsi lahan khususnya dikelurahan Air Pacah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari perguruan tinggi terhadap ekonomi masyarakat di Kelurahan Air Pacah khususnya pada kawasan studi. Karena perkembangan dari perguruan tinggi tersebut menyebabkan meningkatnya pendapatan masyarakat dan  meningkatnya jumlah jenis usaha – usaha masyarakat di kawasan Air Pacah dengan meningkatnya usaha masyarakat tersebut terjadi alih lahan terjadi di kawasan studi.

Pada tahap pengumpulan data metode yang digunakan adalah survey sekunder berupa teknik pengumpulan data ke instansi pemerintahan serta survey primer. Adapun variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lokasi studi, kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat, sarana dan prasarana pendukung, dan alih fungsi lahan. Dengan analisis yang digunakan analisis time value of money, analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan overley (dari lahan tidak terbangun menjadi lahan terbangun).

Dari hasil analisis tersebut didapatkan perubahan peningkatan rata-rata pendapatan masyarakat pada tahun 1998 sebesar Rp. 320.811 setiap bulannya dan pada tahun 2015 sebesar Rp. 5.013.700 setiap bulannya, perubahan peningkatan jumlah jenis usaha dari tahun 1998 dengan jumlah 20 unit sampai 2015 dengan jumlah 513 unit dengan laju pertumbuhan 1,21% serta peningkatan tersebut penyerapan tenaga kerja juga meningkat sebesar 77,97%. Dengan peningkatan jumlah jenis usaha, lahan dikawasan studi tersebut dialih fungsikan  lahan yang bertambah sebesar 39,76 Ha dengann persentase 14,81%dan berkurang sebesar 39,76 Ha dengan persentase 14,82%.
