ABSTRACT

The role of construction services is increasing but not optimal, as seen in the fact that growth in construction Services Company continues to increase but not offset by increased quality and performance. Corporate performance is a measuring tool to determine the level of success and have 4 indicators, namely: profitability, growth, sustainability and competitiveness. Supply chain management is a new concept in the construction industry who views the relationship of a firm in a broader perspective with organizational boundaries through, so that optimization total can be achieved which in turn will have implications on overall company performance improvement. This research will discuss about the influence of comprehensive supply chain management to improve the performance of construction Services Company, the results of literature study concluded there are 18 variables of supply chain management that is then reduced to 4 factors in accordance with the dimensions of the Supply Chain Operations References, plan, source, make, delivery and return. Multiple regression analysis performed using SPSS showed that there was a significant effect of the implementation of supply chain management, represented by 4 dimensions of Supply Chain Operations References in improving the performance of construction companies.

ABSTRAK

Peranan jasa konstruksi makin meningkat tetapi belum optimal sebagaimana terlihat pada kenyataan bahwa pertumbuhan perusahaan jasa konstruksi yang terus meningkat namun tidak

diimbangi dengan peningkatan kualitas dan kinerja. Kinerja perusahaan merupakan alat ukur untuk mengetahui tingkat kesuksesan dan mempunyai 4 indikator, yaitu: profitability,growth, sustainability dan competitivenes. Supply chain management merupakan konsep baru dalam industri konstruksi yang memandang hubungan suatu perusahaan dalam perspektif yang lebih luas dengan menembus batasan organisasi, sehingga optimasi total dapat tercapai yang pada akhirnya akan berimplikasi pada peningkatan kinerja perusahaan secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini akan membahas secara komprehensif tentang pengaruh supply chain management pada upaya peningkatan kinerja perusahaan jasa konstruksi, hasil studi literatur menyimpulkan terdapat 18 variabel supply chain management yang kemudian direduksi menjadi 4 faktor sesuai dengan dimensi dari Supply Chain Operation References yaitu plan, source, make, delivery dan return. Analisis regresi berganda yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang cukup signifikan penerapan supply chain management yang diwakili oleh 4 dimensi Supply Chain Operation References dalam peningkatan kinerja perusahaan konstruksi.
