ABSTRACT

This study highlights several growing phenomenon sphere planner consultant jobs in construction in the Sungai Penuh City, starting from the results of monitoring and evaluation at the end of year showed 45% of 52 pieces planning consulting services company that operates in the area of the Sungai Penuh City experiencing problems associated with lower achievement. This performance degradation is due to several factors which allegedly had a significant effect. These factors were developed from several relevant studies, the results can be concluded that the performance degradation caused by the six factors that break down into forty-nine sub-factors. Based on the value of the correlation coefficient (r) with the standard r> 0.4, it can be concluded from the six factors, acquired 4 most dominant factor, that factor Corporate Culture, Human Resources Factor, Factor Corporate Management and Finance Factors. Each of these factors has sub crucial factor, namely the lack of cultural value time (X21), low productivity (X30), inaccuracies in the company's strategy to anticipate (X5) and excessive debt financing (X43). The four sub factors are a variable that has the most significant contribution in achieving the company's future performance will be come. Based on the final results obtained, it is necessary related services to ensure that all partners planning consultants understand that achieving a good performance is the size of the company's future success will come.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini menyoroti beberapa fenomena yang berkembang dilingkup pekerjaan konsultan perencana bidang konstruksi di kota sungai penuh, berawal dari hasil monitoring dan evaluasi yang dilakukan pada setiap akhir tahun anggaran menunjukkan 45% dari 52 buah perusahaan jasa konsultan perencanaan yang beroperasi di daerah Kota Sungai Penuh mengalami permasalahan terkait dengan rendahnya pencapaian kinerja. Penurunan kinerja ini salah satunya disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yang diduga punya pengaruh signifikan. Faktor-faktor tersebut dikembangkan dari beberapa penelitian yang relevan, hasilnya dapat disimpulkan bahwa penurunan kinerja disebabkan karena enam faktor yang terurai menjadi empat puluh sembilan sub faktor. Berdasarkan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) dengan standar r>0,4, maka dapat disimpulkan dari enam faktor tersebut, diperoleh 4 buah faktor yang paling dominan, yaitu Faktor Budaya Perusahaan, Faktor Sumber Daya Manusia, Faktor Manajemen Perusahaan dan Faktor Keuangan. Masingmasing faktor memiliki sub faktor yang sangat menentukan, yaitu minimnya budaya menghargai waktu (X21), rendahnya produktifitas (X30), ketidaktepatan dalam mensiasati strategi perusahaan (X5) dan pembiayaan hutang yang berlebihan (X43). Keempat sub faktor ini adalah merupakan variabel yang memiliki kontribusi yang paling signifikan dalam pencapaian kinerja perusahaan dimasa akan datang. Berdasarkan hasil akhir yang diperoleh, maka dipandang perlu dinas terkait untuk memastikan supaya seluruh rekanan konsultan perencana memahami bahwa pencapaian kinerja yang baik merupakan ukuran keberhasilan perusahaan dimasa akan datang.
