ABSTRACT
The focus of this research is to utter the effect of leadership to employee work, motivation to employee work, communication to employee work and physical working environment to employee work at committee of planning and building regional Pesisir Selatan. The population of this research are al people. They are all of employees at commitee of planning and building regional officee Pesisir Selatan technique of sample by using census method with assumtion that sample consist of all population. Technique of data collection with distribute questionnaire to respondent at committee of planning and building regional Pesisir Selatan. Then, tabulation of the data by using validity and reliability test, beside that, the tabulation testing of hypothesis research bu using analisys regression double regression analysis statistic technique. Based on the result of the research, we can conclude that leadership has positive significant influence to employee work, motivation has signficant influence to employee work, communication has positive significant and physical working environment has positive influence that same with variable of physical working environment to employee work, the result of analisis indicate that there contribution from variable of leadership, motivation, communication and physical working environment to employee work abaout 67,0 %, then 33 % was determined and explained by other variable that there is not be include in this research model.

ABSTRAK
Fokus penelitian ini adalah berupaya mengungkapkan pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 41 orang yang terdiri dari seluruh pegawai pada kantor Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel akan dikerjakan melalui metode sensus dengan asumsi bahwa sampel terdiri dari keseluruhan dari total populasi yang ada hannya 41 orang. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada responden yang berada di lingkup Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan uji instrument penelitian uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas sedangkan pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan teknik statistik analisis regresi berganda.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, komunikasi perpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan lingkungan kerja fisik yang bertanda positif menunjukkan bahwa terjadi pengaruh yang searah dari variabel lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya sumbangan dari variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi, komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kerja pegawai sebesar 67,0 %, sisanya 33 % ditentukan dan dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini.
