ABSTRACT
This study was to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational commitment as an intervening variable of the Elementary School Teachers having good Achievement in Sungai Penuh city. This study used primary data from 154 respondents and the data, ware analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM).The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of leadership style and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as well as the commitment of the organization. Besides, it also found a significant positive effect on organizational commitment organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Other finding of this research also showed there was an influence of leadership style and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through the variable of organizational commitment as an intervening variable.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada Guru Sekolah Dasar Berprestasi dalam Kota Sungai Penuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dari 154 responden, dengan menggunakan Model Structural Equations Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) begitu juga terhadap komitmen organisasi. Disamping itu juga ditemukan pengaruh positif yang signifikan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Temuan lain hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) melalui variabel komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening.
