CHARACTERISTICS AND PERFORMANCE QUALIFICATION SMALL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES COMPANY IN THE KABUPATEN KERINCI

ABSTRACT

This study aims to explore the relationship of the factors that have an influence on the performance of this particular construction qualification of Kerinci Regency little at a time. This research is based of facts on the ground based on the evaluation conducted by the Public Works Department in 2012 that said nearly 47% of contractors were listed as partners in fiscal year 2012 have a disadvantage in terms of achieving employment outcomes. This problem is due because of the characteristics and attributes that are inherent in such organizations. The results of empirical studies conclude that there are eight key factors to measure qualified contractor who allegedly had an influence on the achievement of organizational performance. For more measurability of the study, eight factors are further broken down into 33 variables. To answer the purposes of this study, further analysis of statistically through the use of factor analysis and regression analysis. Factor analysis is intended to redefine the factors that are considered to have a significant influence on the achievement of the performance, while the regression analysis is used to see the trend of the influence of these factors on the performance of the company. The final results obtained conclude that the factors that most affect the performance of the contractor contained in the factor of human and financial resources. While service users showed no correlation with company performance grad 2 but correlated with grad 3 and 4. But workers' skills become very critical for performance improvement construction magnate Grad 2.

KARAKTERISTIK DAN KINERJA PERUSAHAAN JASA

KONSTRUKSI KUALIFIKASI KECIL DI KABUPATEN KERINCI

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali hubungan factor-faktor yang memiliki pengaruh pada pencapain kinerja perusahaan jasa konstruksi khususnya kualifikasi kecil di daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. Penelitianini didasari dari fakta lapangan berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pekerjaan Umum pada tahun 2012 yang menyebutkan hampir 47 % kontraktor yang tercatat sebagai rekanan pada tahun 2012 memiliki kelemahan dalam hal pencapain hasil pekerjaan.  Permasalahan ini salah satunya disebabkan karena karateristik dan atribut yang melekat di organisasi tersebut. Hasil studi empiris yang dilakukan menyimpulkan terdapat delapan factor utama yang menjadi ukuran kualifikasi kontraktor yang diduga punya pengaruh pada pencapaian  kinerja organisasi. Untuk lebih terukurnya penelitian ini , selanjutnya delapan factor tersebut diuraikan menjadi 33 variabel. Guna menjawab tujuan penelitian ini, selanjutnya digunakan analisis statistic melalui analisis factor dan analisis regresi. Analisis factor ditujukan untuk merumuskan kembali factor-faktor yang dianggap memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada pencapaian kinerja, sementara analisis regresi digunakan untuk  melihat kecenderungan pengaruh factor tersebut terhadap kinerja perusahan. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh menyimpulkan bahwa factor yang paling mempengaruhi kinerja kontraktor terdapat pada kelompok factor sumber daya manusia dan keuangan. Sementara pengguna jasa menunjukkan  tidak ada korelasi dengan kinerja perusahaan gred 2 tetapi berkorelasi dengan gred 3 dan gred 4. Namun keahlian tenaga kerja menjadi hal yang amat menentukan bagi peningkatan kinerja perusaahn konstruksi gred 2.
