Abstract
Based on the findings of the Inspectorate and the results of monitoring by SKPD
related in 2016. Realization of fund management activities in the field of village
infrastructure has not been in accordance with the existing rules on the regulation of
the ACT. To that end, the need for the identification of the root of the problem and
repair solution. The methods used for the identification of the root of the problem
with fishbone diagrams and repair solution uses the concept of kaizen methods
approach with PDCA. The results of this research can be inferred is the lack of
knowledge about the management of the village Fund, commitment
management/management, not the existence of the information disclosure of the use
of funds in the village of transparency and accountability of the Government of the
village to the people of his village on its own in accordance with the regulations of
the ACT. For it is need for capacity building in the field of training infrastructure for
all activities associated with palaku village Fund in the field of infrastructure on an
ongoing basis, the existence of clear rules issued by SKPD stated in related Perwako
about the management of activities in the field of infrastructure in accordance with
the regulation of the existing village ACT, every offender who is involved in
activities in the field of infrastructure must be committed to giving priority to the
