ABSTRACT
Supervision and Drug Periphery Based on Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 9 Year 2017 About Pharmacy (Case Study Dikota Padang) is Pharmacy service place where pharmacy practice is done by pharmacist. Formulation of Problems (1) What is the supervision of registered drug distribution in Pharmacy which is under the supervision of POM Center in Padang City? (2) What are the sanctions given by the Center for Drug and Food Control (BBPOM). To the violation of drug distribution in Padang City based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 9 of 2017 on Pharmacies? (3) What are the constraints in the supervision of drug distribution conducted by the Center for Drug and Food Control (BBPOM)? The Type of Research is Qualitative, Juridical-Sosilogical approach method. Techniques of collecting document study data, interview interviewer interviewed using pre-prepared work guidelines in the form of questionnaires so that respondents just choose the answer. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded (1) Form of Surveillance of Sudden Inspection on Community Report, Indifidity Recognition, Socialization with Pharmacist Pharmacy Manager and Razia Gbabungan and confirmed by Minister of Health Regulation Number 9 Year 2017 on Pharmacy Article 1, Article, 4. Article 6. Article 12. Article 17. Article 18. Article 22. Article 23. Article 26. (2) Sanctions given under the PPNS ruling are Administration and Criminal (3) Supervision Obstacles are still lack of PPNS Personnel, Frequent Razia Leaks and Gografis Factors.
