Abstrak
This study aim to improve empirically the impact of work environment, competence and workload on teacher performance with non-financial compensation as intervening variable. In this study, using 100 respondents. This study use three independent variables namely work environment, competence and workload, one dependent variable is teacher performance, also use one intervening variable that is non financial compensation. Data processing was performed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The test results found that there is a significant influence of independent variables to the dependent that is the work environment On the performance of teachers, there is a significant influence of independent variables to dependent that is the competence of teacher performance, there are positive and significant influence of independent variables to the dependent workload on teacher performance. The relult of the test also found that non-financial compensation is able to mediate the influence of the work environment on teacher performance, non-financial compensation is not able to mediate the relationship of teacher's co-effect on teacher performance and non-financial compensation is not able to mediate the influence of teacher's company to teacher performance.
