Abstrak
This study aims to improve empirically the impact of reward system, competence and style of leadership of the principal to the profesioanal teacher with commitment as intervening variable. In this study used 186 respondents. This study uses three independent variables, namely reward system, competence and leadership style of principal, one dependent variable that is profesioanal teacher also use one intervening variable that is commitment. Processing is done using Statistical Package For The Sosial Sciences (SPSS 21). The test results found that there is a significant influence of independent variable to dependent that is reward system to profesioanal teacher, there is significant influence of independent variable of leadership style to profesioanal teacher, and there are positive and significant influence of independent variable coopetensi to profesioanal teacher. And the test results also found that there is a positive and significant influence of independent variables to the intervening reward system to commitment, leadership style to commitment, and also found the value does not significantly influence the commitment to commitment.
