Abstract

ABSTRACT
Kerinci Regency has a tropical climate, chilly weather, and is a ring of fire. with high rainfall and a topography that forms a river flow. the biophysical conditions of the region, the district of Kerinci has a potential disaster. Based on Indonesian disaster information data, there is a potential volcanic volcano to erupt. The earthquake, the formation of the Kerinci District BPBD minister of manpawer decree determination of competency standar national No. 401/2014 of based in Menteri Ketenagakerjaan No.46/2008 and regulation of BNPB 3/2008, in disaster management, the Kerinci District BPBD must have knowledge, skills and work attitudes. for this reason an evaluation of the human resources available in the Kerinci District BPBD. the method used is descriptive evaluative. the results of the study show that human resources in BPBD are still quite sufficient. Therefore, it needs to be improved. As for things that need to be improved for Kalaksa about 1.)coordination system, synchronization, planning program, and policy formulation. 2.) system of guidance, administration, law and legislation. 3.) Improvement of human resources and public relations sub. Staffing about, administration management system, position and rights of employees.Preparation of personnel administration and evaluation, as well as preparation of sub-program development materials about 1.)preparing materials in the form the field of disaster management. 2) carry out evaluation and control of the competence of program implementation and sub-finance budget regarding the system of collecting and processing data, storing materials for drafting budget plans for regional apparatus in the field of prevention and preparedness abouta) pre-disaster mitigation and preparedness prevention b) effective community empowerment .a) system of policy formulation in the field of disaster and equipment disaster when during the emergency response rehab sector about 1) carrying out work relations in the field of disaster management during post disaster disaster rehab concerning 1) carrying out work relations in the field of disaster management during post-disaster.
