Abstrack
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of selected factors on the
production of catfish in Kec. Sungai Gelam, Kab. Muaro Jambi. This research was conducted in
Tangkit Baru Village, Sungai Gelam Subdistrict, Muaro Jambi Regency. Tangkit Baru Village
was chosen as a research location because this area is the center of catfish culture in Kec.
Sungai Gelam. The study was conducted in March 2017. With the results of all factors of
production together affect the production. However, Individually, production factors of land and
feed area significantly influence production, seed production factor has insignificant influence
and labor has no effect on production.
