PENYEBAB KETERLAMBATAN PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN JALAN DI KABUPATEN KERINCI

Abstract

Delays in the construction of this road are challenges that are often faced in the
implementation of projects. where in this study shows the implementation delays of the schedule
that has been set throughout the last 5 years, namely in 2013 to 2017. Delays that occur during this
implementation are seen from the addendum of time and cost. The main objective of this research is
to find out the factors that cause project delays. This study identified 10 factors of delay that
affected the completion of road construction projects in Kerinci District. The results showed that the
four most influential factors of project completion were changes in design / detail of work at the
time of implementation, problems that occurred during implementation in the project, complicated
bureaucracy in the project and land acquisition and land compensation prices. The findings of the
study can help those involved in the project can certainly provide appropriate solutions to overcome
road project delays that occur in Kerinci District.
