Employee Performance is an important factor to determine Work Motivation in an SKPD.
Good work motivation, usually associated with employee enthusiasm for entering work. The
organizational climate is a supporting factor in determining Employee Performance. This has become a
demand for organizational climate in BKPSDM in providing service facilities for service personnel that
provide maximum levels of satisfaction. Work Discipline in BKPSDM can improve employee
performance in providing information to staff. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of
work motivation and organizational climate on employee performance with work discipline as an
intervening variable in BKPSDM in Solok district. This type of research involved 60 respondents as
samples taken through sampling techniques using the Total sampling method. The number of samples
was taken from 60 people who were employees of the Solok District BKPSDM. Data is processed using
SMART PLS 3 using a questionnaire. The results showed that work motivation, organizational climate
and work discipline had a significant and significant effect on Kinreja employees at Solok District
BKPSDM.
