Abstract

ABSTRACT: The background of this study looks at the effect of quality and service facilities on
inpatient satisfaction at Arosuka Hospital in Solok Regency. The quality of services provided is very
closely related to the quality of hospital services. Quality of service is good, usually associated with
recovery from illness, or reduced pain, speed of service, hospitality, cheap service rates. Health care
facilities at hospitals are supporting factors in determining patient satisfaction.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of quality and service facilities on the
satisfaction of inpatients at the Arosuka Regional General Hospital in Solok Regency.
This research method uses predictive through a survey sampling approach with the number of
respondents 100 BPJS patients who receive inpatient services after 2 days in the inpatient room.
Data is processed using multiple linear regression using a questionnaire.
The results showed that the quality of service with kareteristik (reliability, empathy and facilities)
had an effect on and significantly affected the satisfaction of inpatients at the Arosuka Regional
