ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA PEGAWAI MELALUI KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL DAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR
Abstract
This research was aimed to determine the influence of transformational leadership andpower of leadership to employee performance through organizational commitment and
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research used the primary data from 122
respondents, used the model of Structural Equations Modeling (SEM) and the AMOS 16
program assisted analysis. Research implemented in STAIN Kerinci. The results showed that
there were significant positive effect of transformational leadership, organizational
commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance, as it
also found a significant positive effect of transformational leadership and the power of
leadership to organizational commitment and on Organizational Citizenship Behavior
(OCB). Other findings of this research also showed that there was a significant positive
influence and power of leadership to employee performance and organizational commitment
on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). other than that organizational commitment
has a positive effect but not significant in helping to optimize the influence of
transformational leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in optimizing the power of leadership on
employee performance.
