Influence of Organizational Leadership Transpormasional and Justice Against the Organization Citizenship Behavior Commitment intervening variable Teacher In Primary School In the Kecamatan TalamauKabupaten Pasaman Barat
Abstract
This study aimed to assess and determine whether there are significant transpormasional leadership and organizational justice against the organization citizenship behavior by intervening variable commitment of teachers in primary schools in the Kecamatan Talamau Kabupaten Pasaman Barat.
Research has 7 (seven) hypothesis that consists of 5 (five) hypothesis to explain the effect of direct and two (2 ) to clarify the effect of indirectly through an intervening variable in this case the variable organizational commitment. Population and sample of the study include elementary school teachers (SD) State in the Kecamatan Talamau Kabupaten Pasaman Barat numbering as many as 108 people from 26 public primary schools . The sampling method by using census method, where the total population is equal to the number of samples.
Results of studies using multiple linear regression analysis, a simple linear analysis and multilevel analysis. The findings of the study concluded there is a significant positive effect of transformational leadership, organizational justice and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. Then there is also found a significant positive effect of transformational leadership and organizational justice on organizational commitment. While the influence of intervening in the study were able to demonstrate that organizational commitment mediates the relationship and influence of transformational leadership and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior
