PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN TUNTUTAN TUGAS TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DENGAN STRES KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA GURU SD KECAMATAN LUHAK NAN DUO KABUPATEN PASAMAN BARAT

Abstract

The objective of this study is efforted to explain the effect of leadership and task assertion to job satisfaction, and the effect of work stress as intervening variabel among leadership and task assertion to job satisfaction of primary school’s teacher at Luhak Nan Duo district Pasaman Barat Region. Population in this study amount 171 people contents all of teacher in primary school at Luhak Nan Duo district Pasaman Barat Region. Technique of sampling is sensus method because of total of population only 171 people using questionnaire, furthermore data processing with validity test and reliability test, for hypotesis test using multiple regression, simple regression and compound regression. The result of study concludes that leadership significant influence and positif to job satisfaction, task assertion significant influence and positif to job staisfaction, work stress significant influence and negative to job satisfaction  and work stress able to mediate relationship among leadership and task assertion job satisfaction of primary school’s teacher at Luhak Nan Duo district Pasaman Barat Region. The result also proved that have a contribution of leadership, task assertion to job satisfaction 16,8%, remaining 83,21% a given and explained by another variabels excluded in this model. Work stress as intervening variabel is able to increase the contribution of leadership and task assertion variabel 2,1%.
