Influence of Principal Leadership, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and Teacher Performance Against Private High Schools in West Pasaman With Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable

Abstract

This study was intended to see how thePrincipal Leadership, Organizational Culture, Organizational Satisfactionaffect teacher performance and see also whether Organizational Commitment  as an intervening variable.From the data processing by using SPSS 16.There is a positive and significant influence school leadership variables (X 1), organizational culture (X 2) and job satisfaction (X 3) on teacher performance (Y) Private High School in West Pasaman, with a regression coefficient of 0.323 for the principal's leadership 0.530 significant 0,000, culturel organisation is 0,366, significant 0,003 and 0,494 for job satisfaction significant 0,000. There is a positive and significant effect of the variable Organizational commitment mediates the relationship between school leadership, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of private high school teacher in West Pasaman means that the influence of school leadership, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of private high school teacher in West Pasaman through commitment organization larger than lansungnya influence on school leadership, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of teachers by 8.3%, or from 4.41% to 5.24%.Can be interpreted  that the commitment variable organizational (I) partially mediate (partial mediation) the relationship between the dependent variable to the independent.
