PENGARUH KONFLIK KERJA-KELUARGA DAN ROLE CONFLICT TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL YANG DIMEDIASI OLEH KEPUASAN KERJA PADA PROFESI PERAWAT DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH (RSUD) M. H. THALIB KABUPATEN KERINCI
Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work - family conflict and role conflict on job satisfaction. The influence of work - family conflict, role conflict and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Also aims to analyze the influence of work - family conflict and role conflict on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The design of this study causality. The study population was all nurses hospitals. MH. Talib Kerinci Region, amounting to as much as 189 nurses. The number of respondents in this study are numbered as many as 164 person. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire directly closed. Analysis of data to test the hypothesis of this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS software. The results of this study found that 1) The work - family conflict has no significant effect on job satisfaction 2) role conflict have a significant effect on job satisfaction negarif, 3) work - family conflict has a positive significant effect on organizational commitment, 4) beyond conflict role significant effect on organizational commitment, 5) job satisfaction is a positive significant effect on organizational commitment, 6) Work-family conflict has no significant effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, 7) role conflict significantly influence organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
