Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of career development , promotion , achievement motivation and job characteristics on employee performance Health Department Kerinci Regiion.



This study used a design hypothesis testing. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Health Kerinci. The number of respondents numbering as many as 119 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire directly closed . Analysis of data to test the hypothesis of this study using multiple regression.


The results of this study found that 1) the career development of a positive significant effect on employee performance. 2) Promotions significant positive effect on employee performance. 3) Job characteristics significantly positive effect on employee performance. 4) Achievement motivation on employee performance Kerinci District Health Department.
