PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN KARIR DAN KONFLIK PERAN TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PEGAWAI SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KABUPATEN KERINCI DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of career development and role conflict on job satisfaction. Influence career development, role conflict and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Also aims to analyze the influence of career development and role conflict on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The design of this study causality. The study population was all employees of the Sekretariat Daerah of Kerinci Region, amounting to as many as 131 employees. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire directly closed. Analysis of data to test the hypothesis of this study using Structural Equation Modeling with the help of AMOS software.
The results of this study found that 1) The influence of career development has no significant effect on job satisfaction, 2) Role conflict on job satisfaction, 3 ) Career development has no significant effect on organizational commitment, 4) Role conflict significantly influence organizational commitment, 5) Satisfaction work significantly influence organizational commitment, 6) career development has no significant effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, 7) role conflict significantly influence organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
