THE FACTORS AFFECTING OF BANKING RISK LENDING WORKING CAPITAL LOAN FOR INFRASTRUKTUR PROJECT IN WEST SUMATERA
Abstract
Budget constraints owned Indonesian government, especially forWest Sumaterabeing infrastructure development, government makes collaboration with the private sector who implement schemes ,the banking is being the source of borrower funds. This study aims to determine the current level of bank risk in provides working capital loan infrastructure projects inWest Sumatrathat carried with Public Private Partnership search for the dominant factors affecting the level of banks in lending decisions Working Capital Loan. The research carried out by using a questionnaire subsequently analyzed using Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) and risk analysis during the interview to get a risk factors responses. The results of the study are Banking feel to have a high degree of risk in lending to the Working Capital projects - infrastructure projects where project-related factors become the dominant factor of the level of risk in the banking lending decisions Working Capital Loan (WCL), and obtained of 35 the dominant factors that affect the level of bank risk in giving the loan decision.
