FFECTIVENESS OF LOCAL RULE NUMBER 6 OF 2011 ON SPATIAL PASAMAN CASE STUDY AREA COMMUNITY LIVING AROUND FOREST NATURE RESERVE ALAHAN PANJANG
Abstract
To preserve Alahan Panjang Forest Nature Reserve of Natural hazards caused by forest communities require Effectiveness Action Reviews Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2011 on Spatial Planning Pasaman. In this case I categorize three issues, namely the implementation of forest communities Alahan Panjang Nature Reserve not yet effective, obstacles encountered and step a step in the enforcement of local regulation. The method used in solving the problem is juridical sociological method. For its implementation are not yet effective because of the high sense of public interest to control nature reserve Alahan Panjang for the necessary allocation of new land for settlement and plantations. In this case it can be concluded that the effectiveness of implementation of the Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2014 on Spatial Planning Pasaman on surrounding communities Alahan Panjang Nature Reserve not yet effective due to lack of socialization, lack of enforcement and the high public interest to open residential land and plantation forests Alahan Panjang Nature Reserve for the government should take action and open up a new field site to the surrounding community Alahan Panjang Nature Reserve.
