Abstract

This research is a study that examined the "Influence Attitudes towards Work Performance
Register of Population Officers Work With Behavior As an intervening variable". The
population sampled in this study were employees of the district office of the district of the
South Coast and the Department of Population and Civil Registration South Coastal
District, amounting to 79 people, where the sampling technique in this study was a census
method.
The results of SEM analysis method using 2.0 M3 Smartpls program found that the direct
effect hypothesis which consists of, 1). There is a significant positive influence on the
attitudinal variables performance, 2). There is a positive significant effect on the
performance of work behavior variables, 3). There is a significant positive influence on the
attitudinal variables work through the performance of work behavior.
The results of this study are generally explained that the work attitude is determined by the
performance, and behavior on the performance of work either directly or indirectly through
behavioral variables work, the authors suggest further developed in the future to the
population, sample, and variables that research is more scalable, varied and better.
