PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KOMPETENSI PEGAWAI TERHADAP OCB DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Pada Puskesmas Non Keperawatan di Kabupaten Kerinci)
Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the effec
t of transformational leadership, work environment
and employee competence to organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment as
an intervening variable. Data collection techniques used is the questionnaire method
(questionnaire) closed immediately. Analysis of data to test the hypothesis of this study using
regression analysis mediating variables with causal step method. The results of this study found
that: 1) a positive significant effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship
behavior with coefficient of 0.221. 2) Work environment a significant effect on organizational
citizenship behavior with a coefficient of 0.160. 3) Competence employee positive significant effect
on organizational citizenship behavior with a coefficient of 0.148. 4) positive significant effect of
transformational leadership on organizational commitment to the value of a coefficient of 0.258. 5)
The working environment have a significant effect on organizational commitment to the value of a
coefficient of 0.148. 6) Competence employees no significant effect on the organization's
commitment to the value of a coefficient of 0.041. 7) Organizational commitment significant effect
on organizational citizenship behavior with coefficient of 0.338. 8) Transformational leadership
significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as an
intervening variable. 9) Work environment a significant effect on organizational citizenship
behavior through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. 10) Competence
employees no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior through organiasi
commitment as an intervening variable. In an effort to improve employee organizational citizenship
behavior needs to be done stuff with transformational leadership which obliges all to improve the
quality of service and increase the self-confidence to successfully achieve the goals of the
organization. Efforts need to be related to the work environment that is held lights that can help the
success of the activities of agency operations and maintain a healthy working environment at all
times. Related to the competence of the employees must provide employment to the employee who
has had much experience in performing dutie.
