PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, IKLIM ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN

Abstract

The aims of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, organizational
climate and motivation to job satisfaction in Regional Secretary Office, Soutern Pesisir
Regency. The population of the study is civil servents who are currently working for Regional
Secretary Office, Soutern Pesisir Regency. This study used all population members as
respondent that accounted for 135 employess. In order to test hypotheses, this study
conducted multiple regression analysis by using SPSS version 21. The results of analysis
revealed that a) There was positive and significant effect of transformational leadership on job
satisfaction, b) Organizational climate was found to have positive but not significant effect on
job satisfaction, c) Motivation positive and significant influenced job satisfaction. The
findings of this study provided practical recommendation, in terms of enhancing job
satisfaction, it is needed to develop transformational leadership, organizational climate, and
motivation.
