ANALISIS RISIKO BERDASARKAN PERANAN OWNER DAN KONSULTAN PADA PEKERJAAN JALAN KABUPATEN KERINCI

Abstract

This study aimed to answer two main problems associated with the risk of delay
completion of the work on road construction projects, including the first explain aspects
of risk that must be considered in the process of execution of the work, especially
coming from the owner and consultant planners, the second describes the priorites of
each aspect of good risk the owner or consultant planner as an initial step for handling
the impact. By using several analytical approaches, such as the approach to risk
breakdown structure and analytical hierarchy process, the results showed that three are
three criteria that should be cosidered a risk to overcome delays in the completion of
such work is legal and contractual risk by 45%, amounting to 29% of construction risk
and economic risk of 27%. While the parties who contributed to the delay when viewed
from the role that each party is 85.7 % delay caused by the consultant and the remaining
14.3 % due to the owner role.
