Abstract

There are several issues that can be raised here is not related to the implementasion of
the city”s drainage channel system full River optimally according to funtion due to lack
of system managemen in an integreted and coprehensive drainage. Flood prevention
efforts that have been done only deal with the surface, and oriented so that the Flood
prevention project was not completed. There are several locations in full River drainage
that has been well within the time difference caused flooding again, this research is to
know the factors that lead to no good drainage management system full river city, the
study was conducted in the city Full River. Respondents were taken from people who
had known and observers of drainage problems. This study concluded that the factors
that most influence the cause is not good drainage management are: comunity
participation and Funtion due to lack coordination and sincronitation
