STUDI PERANAN KONSULTAN MANAJEMEN KONSTRUKSI TERHADAP TINGKAT KEMANDIRIAN MASYARAKAT PADA PROGRAM PNPM- MPd DI KABUPATEN KERINCI

Abstract

This study highlights some of the problems and contrains in the implementation of
PNPM –MPd program in Kerinci district. The role of the consultant who assessed to be
less active in several stages of activity and community participation which is still less
active in some process oh implementation. Moving on from the results of monitoring of
this deficiencies, this study will determine the factors that become contruction
management consultant role to the independence of the community, knowing the steps
that must be performed by contruction management consultant so that people
participatte fully in the PNPM- MPd program in Kerinci district.
Through descriptive statistical analysis used in this study, so we can conclude that some
of the main factors into the role of contruction management consultant to the
independence of the community namely the transfer of knowledge, attitude and skill,
effective utilization of resources, organizing the local community as well as the
financial controller implementation team.
These factors certain must be understood and run by contruction management
consultants and is a strategic step for the Kerinci goverment for the implementation of
the development in order to better target and was able to overcome in the future.
