STUDI KOMUNITAS TUMBUHAN AIR DI DANAU MANINJAU KABUPATEN AGAM PROVINSI SUMATERA BARAT
Abstract
Study of Aquatic Macrophyte community at Maninjau Lake has been conducted in Junyand December 2013.The method in determining the sample location is “Purpose Random
Sampling”. The result of this research showed physical chemical nature in Maninjau
Lake (temperature, TSS, TDS, pH and BOD), still in appropriate limitation for fishes,
expert for N-NO2, COD and PO4, meawhile based on PP No. 82 year 2001 (water
quality for type 2) and Storet Method, Maninjau Lake including low and middle pollutant.
In Maninjau Lake Waterway have been found 8 species aquatic macrophyte such as
Eichhornia crassipes, Panicum repens, Cyperus rotundus, Cyperus alternofolius,
Polygonum barbatum, Ipomoea aquatica, Colocasia esculenta and Mimosa pigra. The
analysis percentage of density and presentation frequency showed result that dominant
species in Maninjau Lake is Eichhornia crassipes with Important Value Index about
51,58%-83,53%. The aquatic macrophyte diversity index get value for about 1,156-1,516.
