ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENYEBAB KETIDAKTEPATAN PERHITUNGAN BIAYA PROYEK PADA PROSES PERENCANAAN OLEH KONSULTAN PERENCANA (Studi Kasus Konsultan Perencana di Kota Padang)

Abstract

To implement the construction project required the construction of a perfect planning and good. Consultans planner is appointed by the assign to perform the work of planning a construction project.
The last fiew years often swelling cost of the project is one of the causes is a mistake either in the planning stages of design and implementation phase of the impact on quality, cost, and time project (Idzurnida Ismael, 2013).
Imprecision in calculating the cost of the project planning process by consultant planners and the many differences between the planning and realization of the field will cause the project cost overruns. For that to know the factors that influence the cost calculation inaccuracies in the planning process, and what is the most dominant factor affecting the project cost calculation inaccuracies.
The research method is quantitative by distributing to 130 respondents. Statistical data processing using confirmatory factor analysis. Results of analysis of the data shows that there are two main factors causing innaccuracies in the calculation of the cost the project planning process by consultant planners that one factor is the qualifed experts and appropriate technology as well as the factor of 2 capability planners and coordination. From the two most dominant factors are the causes of innaccuracy is one factor that is qualified experts and adequate technology.
