PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PENYUSUNAN RENCANA DETAIL TATA RUANG KAWASAN PULAU PUNJUNG KABUPATEN DHARMASRAYA

Abstract

Pulau Punjung is one of 11 subdistricts in the District Dharmasraya. Pulau Punjung of
approximately 482.5 km ². Government Dharmasraya through the Regional Development
Planning Board (Bappeda) Dharmasraya fit an arbitrary implement Preparation of Detailed
Spatial Plan (RDTR) and the Zoning Regulation as the elaboration and implementation of
Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2012 in 2013 to include methods for public participation in
public aspirations. The purpose of this study was to measure the level of public participation
in the process of preparation of Detailed Spatial Plan Area Pulau Punjung Dharmasraya. The
research data was obtained from informan through interviews, observation, and
documentation, so we get the result that the level of public participation is not effective,
society has not fully engaged, people involved merely provide input or suggestions, in
expressing the concept of the plan and approve the community plan has not been invited to.
Such participation occurs due to lack of socialization of Government and consultants,
information from the government as well as substandard and Government also less
transparant information.
