PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL PEGAWAI BADAN PENANAMAN MODAL DAN PELAYANAN PERIZINAN TERPADU SATU PINTU KABUPATEN KERINCI

Abstract

The purposed of this study is to analyze the employee motivation, job satisfaction
and leadership style to the organization commitment of employees at Badan
Penanaman dan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Satu Pintu (BPM& PPTSP). The
populations of the research are the employees who worked at the the office of
BPM& PPTSP.In this case that all of the populations are taken as the samples.
The sampling technique used census technical sampling which is all the
population as the samples. The method of analysis used descriptive and multiple
regression analysis. The hyphoteses was tested by using T-test model with SPSS
program. The result showed that employees motivation, job satisfaction, and
leadership syle have significantly affect to the organization commitment at BPM&
PPTSP.
