ABSTRACT

 

Term performance in English is performance.Performance is a record of outcomes that result from a particular job function or activity for a certain period. This study aim to determine the relationship between leadership, compensation and competency and colletively as the performance of and employee’s Office Civil Servis Police Unit South Coastal District. The research population is all employees of the office of Civil Servis Police Unit South Coastal District as many80 people, the entire population in this study were respondents. The methoderegression analysis processing sofware Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Result showed leadhership.compesation and competency significantly affect the performance of an employee’s Office Civil Service Police Unit South Coastal District.
