PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN SELF EFFICACY TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the intervening effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between
organizational culture, transformational leadership, self-efficacy and organizational commitment. The
research populations were employees of the Cooperative Department of Industry, Trade and SMEs Solok
regency that consisted of 62 people. This reseacrh used Structural Equation modelings (SEM) with Smart
PLS Program 2.0 M3. The results of the research found that organizational culture, transformational
leadership and self-efficacy significantly effected job satisfaction with organizational commitment. In
addition job satisfaction was found to have significant effect on organizational commitment. However the
findings revealed that job satisfaction was not proven as an intervening variable on the relationship
between organizational culture, transformational leadership, self-efficacy and organizational commitment.
