ANALISIS PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN SISTEM REWARD TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA KANTOR PERTANAHAN KOTA PADANG

Abstract

Performance is the result of an employee who can be seen in quality and quantity is achieved
in carrying out duties or work in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. The
objective of this study is efforted to explain the effect of competency, work environment, and
reward system to employee performance of Land Affairs Padang Office. Population in this
study amount 78 people in Land Affairs Padang Office. Technique of sampling is census. To
collect data using questionnaire, furthermore data processing with validity test and
reliability test, for hypotesis test using multiple regression, The result of study concludes that
competency, work environment, and reward system significant influence and positif to
employee performance. The result also proved that have a contribution of competency, work
environment, and reward system to employee performance 66,3%, remaining 33,7% a given
and explained by another variabels excluded in this model.
