PENGARUH KUALIFIKASI KONTRAKTOR TERHADAP KUALITAS PEKERJAAN PROYEK KONSTRUKSI PADA BALAI BESAR PELAKSANAAN JALAN NASIONAL WILAYAH II PROPINSI SUMATERA BARAT

Abstract

Abstrack: According to regulation of ministery PU number 9 in 2011 Procurement and
Construction Works Consultancy Services that meet the values and competitive procurement
indispensable for the availability of quality infrastructure so that public services can benefit
optimally, to it in evaluating the supervision must be guided by the working procedures/
criteria set out in the procurement documents, Unit Price Analysis The main job of the
technical requirements/ specifications so that no irregularities which affect the scope, quality,
and results/ performance and are believed to be able to complete the work in accordance with
the requirements set. The purpose of this study was to determine factors that influence the
quality of work the contractor in executing the project and to determine the relationship of
qualifying contractors to control the quality of construction work on the implementation plan
Implementing Agency Region II National Road West Sumatra Province. The research data
was obtained from respondents through questionnaires and interviews were analyzed with
SPSS, showed that the main factors affecting the quality of the contractor's work there is the
factor of human resources and capital contractors.
