ANALISIS FAKTOR- FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUASAN KERJA DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
This study intends to identify and analyze the factors that influence job satisfaction andorganizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable in the Regional
Office of Religious Affairs of West Sumatra Province. In this case use the sample
population 167 employees, with a sampling technique census method. The results of
questionnaires resulted in rate of return of 153 employees.The findings of the analysis
showed that there were positive and significant effect of transformational leadership and
organizational commitment to job satisfaction. Furthermore, transformational leadership
and organizational commitment is also positive and significant impact on organizational
citizenship behavior (OCB), another finding does not come with significant influence
organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on job satisfaction. But in this case the
organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) can not contribute strengthen the influence of
transformational leadership and organizational commitment to job satisfaction.
