Abstract

Installation of fiber optic network is a project activity that must be done on time, cost and scope that has been set for 46 days. To ensure that the project can be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the maximum according to the provisions of the time and in a managerial context it can be carried out more effectively and efficiently, the first step by the project implementer is to determine and ensure when the project starts and ends its implementation. One of the methods used to ensure this is the Critical Path Method (CPM). This article attempts to apply this method to ensure that the 35,650 meter fiber optic network installation project can be implemented successfully. The results show that the project implementation can be completed 14 days faster than the predetermined time with an efficiency of 38.67%.
