SISTEM INFORMASI KARYAWAN PT. IGASAR PADANG BERBASIS JARINGAN
Abstract
As a big company PT. Igasar has thousand employees, so it is difficult to evaluate and make dessicions because of the time consuming process in retrieving the information. Regards to this problem, this research’s purpose is to develop a human resource system to maintain employee’s data in a more efficient manner by storing all the data in a central location, make it available to use by users from several divisions who need it. to use. By using the principle of system developing life cycle, the result is an network based human resources information system that provide information about employee’s mutation, work performance, training, creativity and also punishment. These informations are needed by the management to make decission about job evaluation and promotion. The network based Human resource information system is targetted to be a supporting system that can give employee satisfations.
