Sensitive crucible frequency change to burden change oblige the us to design a controller capable to give the responds which quickly, accurate, stabilize and optimal to improve the performance governor as especial component in system of frequency controller. Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) method used to design the optimal feedback reinforcement. Because this method directly depict the form of fisis system. Pass the visible simulation of responds of system frequency to burden change of before and after optimal feedback applying.
