Abstract

The Implementation of machining process will be influence to power of cutting that needed to produce a product. To be able to know how far effect of the cutting power to each machining process variable, done by simulation with personal computer. Thereby, tendency from each variable will be obtained swiftly. The output from this simulation are thick of chip (mm/rev), power of cutting (kW) and lathe power (kW). The result from this simulation will be predict usage of the energy to running of the lathe machine, so that the result of the programme will be sufficient with MAXIMAT V13 lathe machine specification, that is 0,83 kW.
