Abstract

CV. Cherry Sarana Agro do the controlling of stock be based on calculation and experiences of the past. On the controlling of stock nowadays all that expenses that spent unknown for sure because of the ordering done without a good planning with requesting probability quality. To solve the problem above then did the planning with choosing two model planning of stock these are Q Model and P Model. According the result of the calculation acquired that Q Model produce the smallest total of the cost that is  Rp. 25.919.011,96,-. So that model could apply for the planning of the ordering on raw material that is the big of lottery ordering for every single order (q₀) and reordering point (r) for every single kind of raw material.
