This treatment can make the water in coffee prestige has lessed, especially ” kopi gelondongan”. The best method that can we use is using the exaushing gas of internal egine of the coffee sheed mechine that connect with drying system. According to experiment, this mechine can make the water in coffee prestige has lessened from 2.4% until 8.07 % in the speed of motor 1000 rpm to 2200 rpm as long as 30 minutes , and eficiency 28.65%.
