Analisa Usulan Tindakan Perawatan Gitar Allegro Dengan Metode FMECA (Studi Kasus Di Usaha Kecil Menengah Allegro Banjaran)

Abstract

Maitenance is the concept from all activity which need to make quality of  system can be in a good functional. The effectivitas increased from production tools not only happen in the facilities miantenance, but it also can be happen ini human resourch. This research is conducted in UKM Allegro at Banjaran West Java.. Problems lifted at this research is a lot of reject product from the production of guitar. At this research, method in used is Failure Mode, Effects And Criticality Analysis (FMECA). FMECA is systematic scheme technique to identify and potential system invesment (product/ugly proccess). With this method, company can identify the damage characteristic from guitar components, searching potential effect and cause generated and also other ugly effect as well as can conduct action which ought to be done by according to procedure or method from FMECA itself. By using method FMECA obtained three type of components damage staying in critical circumstance. Based on RPN (Risk Priority Number) calculation, the critical damage which have priorities maintenance act are not perfect finishing, guitar body released and guitar neck not straight. With FMECA can help the UKM to identify the critical damage, and factor which make it happen and also to make some maintenance act to reduce a product reject in guitar Allegro production.
