Studi Awal Usulan Pembaharuan Tarif BHP Frekuensi Radio di Indonesia

Abstract

The technology development of spectrum management with efficiently, orderly and economically to give benefit for society and government is needed. This research will re-construct spectrum fee formula by using white paper that issued by Depkominfo basic formula. Analysis shows that the parameters should be involved in this formula are: frequency cost unit (HDF), bandwidth (B), area coverage (P), frequency segmentation index (R), frequency index (I). The simulations result shows that the larger the bandwidth, the BHPF value will increase.
