Abstract

This research test influence of trust to new information system technology and level usage of information in improving individual performance. Research conducted to company of banking of Padang city. Sample selected at random to 85 one who put hand to 17 company of banking. From three examinee hypothesis obtained result of that new information system technology don't have influence of significant to individual performance, and trust of new information system technology have an effect on significant to performance and is last level usage of information don't have influence of significant to performance.
